Victor Boutrous, the founder of the Human Trafficking Institute, joins Jamie Ivey on the Happy Hour podcast to discuss human trafficking and how it can be combated. Boutrous shares his personal experience with a trafficking case and explains the work his organization does to build specialized anti-trafficking units and prosecute traffickers. He emphasizes the importance of enforcement and the need to decimate trafficking by reducing it exponentially.
