Alabama goes lights out, hands Auburn first SEC loss! | Is Northwestern a top 3 team in the Big Ten?

The lights may have gone out in Tuscaloosa, but the Alabama Crimson Tide lit it up from deep to take down the Auburn Tigers, handing them their first SEC loss of the season and causing us to wonder if Bruce Pearl's team is in trouble, without a single Quad 1 win.

Northwestern picked up another big win in Big Ten play, beating Illinois on the road in overtime. The Wildcats now have wins over Purdue, Illinois, and Michigan State, and we discuss if they are potentially going to finish in the top three of the conference standings.

We also discuss Rick Pitino and St. John's sweeping Villanova for the first time since 1993, Providence getting a much needed win over Seton Hall, Iowa State avoiding a loss to Kansas State, and a pair of struggling ACC teams getting wins in Miami and Virginia.
