What's AM1700 Presents: WICKidz Radio about?
From an old converted barbershop inside the area’s largest all-nude strip club comes WICKidz Radio hosted by WICIR, the Washtenaw Interfaith Coalition for Immigrant Rights.
WICKidz Radio is locally run by youth for youth in the Ypsilanti area. The show focuses on local and national social justice issues. The goal is that listeners can learn and take inspiration from the perspectives of young people, and go out to make a difference.
WICKidz Radio broadcasts the third Saturday of the month from 12PM to 1PM EST on AM1700 available at 1700 AM to the good people of Ypsilanti, Michigan and online at www.am1700radio.com for the rest of the free world.
