Asher has been interested in fitness, wellness, and nutrition for over 30 years. He has been managing a leading mental health clinic in Las Vegas since 2015 and currently provides nutritional therapy services for people looking to improve their mental and physical health, strength, and body composition.

Despite eating what he thought was a "healthy" Mediterranean diet and lifting weights on a regular basis, he developed a number of chronic health issues in his 30s.

These health issues prompted him to significantly change his diet. About 10 years ago, he reversed his health issues by avoiding processed foods and transitioning to a clean paleo diet. After several years, he went keto, and he has been on a strict carnivore diet for the past four years.

In addition to cleaning up his diet, he also stopped using skin products such as soap and sunscreen that contain harmful chemicals, fragrances, and artificial ingredients. Shortly after that, he started a soap and skincare company called Spearhead Soaps.
