“I was dealing with mental health problems, and that was my journey into wellness,” says actress Ashley Tisdale, founder of Frenshe and Being Frenshe. “I’ve learned to be more confident in being enough. People always ask me, ‘what’s next?’ which I've always found weird. What I'm doing right now is pretty important and pretty amazing.
