Kihna has been a licensed Cosmetologist for over 20plus years graduating fromFreehold Vocational Program in1995-1996 and continued hair education at Dudley CosmetologyUniversity, Kernersville, NC in 1996-1997. It was there where she received her instructor training with honors graduating at the top of her class. She was licensed as aCosmetology Instructor in 2001 int he District of Columbia. The passion for teaching Cosmetologywas in her from day one of entering school. And going to Dudley helped to develop the skill of teaching and enhanced her gift.

Mrs. Merriweather (aka TheRetailBoss) is an Englishtown, NewJersey native. She has an extensive career as a cosmetology educator. She has also instructed cosmetology as well as nail technician professionals atTrident Technical College Charleston,SC. And took on the role of lead educator as Texture specialist, FinalPhase specialist, Clinic Floor Lead educator, at The Paul Mitchell school in Charleston, SC and The PaulMitchell School Esani in Roswell, GA
