When you get dressed in the morning, do you think about which sock you put on first? Or the fact you have to turn your indicator on before you turn when you’re driving? 

Routines are something that I am incredibly passionate about and since moving we have ALL been out of routine, which got me thinking - is there a science behind this? Are there actual facts that confirm that having a routine improves your mental state? 

And of course there are! I first implemented routines when I was going through post natal depression and in this episode I want to share what’s been happening in our world right now that means our mental health has all been a little challenged and HOW we’re going to get it back on track.
