Thinking about handing off your marketing to a slick vendor who promises fantastic ROI? Before you leap head-first into any deals, you’ll want to make sure you know what to look for to recognize a less-than-stellar marketing company or a bad contract. While there are amazing marketing professionals who are worth huge sums because of the astonishing results they deliver, there are also many who offer lots of empty promises and demand payment for little if any results! In this episode, I explain how to decide if a professional marketing company makes sense for your practice. You’ll hear how to choose a great vendor and make sure any contract you agree to is one you will not live to regret. Plus, I offer suggestions for how you can try to salvage things if you’re already stuck in a deal with a disappointing contractor. This “highlight” is taken from Q&A; calls with my Mastermind Gold group—a highly interactive, supportive group where people who have tons of questions and concerns about how to start, grow, or transition to a cash-based private practice get the answers, resources, and confidence they need to build the practice of their dreams. We have a group coaching call every week, and we occasionally use excerpts of those calls for this podcast.
