In this meditation, you will use body awareness and affirmations while connecting with the vibration of singing bowls to support healing and moving through blocks. If the bowls are too intense for you, Episode 38 has this same practice without them.
Note: Using headphones is ideal with the bowls. Just remember to keep the volume at a safe level.
