Chinese President Xi Jinping met with U.S. President Joe Biden this week for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit in San Francisco, addressing hard issues such as fentanyl supplies coming in from Asia and a lack of military communication.

Kennedy weighs in on the irony of this meeting, given that one of the problems that has been exacerbated by the fentanyl crisis is homelessness in places like San Francisco.
