Marley Cote is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (#136752) in California, who specializes in trauma. As an emotionally-focused, attachment-based, and trauma-informed therapist, Marley utilizes two modalities to guide clients towards repair, reconnection, and inner healing. The Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) is an approach that focuses on reconnecting clients with their innate internal resources to help them overcome the obstacles caused by trauma. Using a variety of techniques, including imagery, breath work, and body awareness, CRM helps clients access and utilize their internal resources to facilitate healing. Marley also specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which is an effective approach for couples struggling with communication, connection, and emotional intimacy. EFT helps couples break out of negative communication patterns and guides them towards secure and reliable attachment.
