This week we talk about things that make us happy, like chicken wings and girls rating Connor’s Tinder. Brandon isn’t in the market, but still likes to keep it old fashioned with the opener, “Hey ma, what that mouth do?” [33:51] Brandon does two 15-20 minute workouts a day, once as soon as he wakes up and another after work. [38:24] Cool things you can do to optimize the blood flow to your brain: cold showers, Wim Hof Breathing, and brisk walks. [43:12] Along with being back on the cyclical carb circuit, Brandon is trying out herbs and adaptogens like Lion’s Mane and Reishi. [50:16] There’s a reason Steve Jobs wore the same thing every day.
