This week we chat about ways in which we cope with the overwhelm of motherhood. We doubt many of our strategies will be earth shattering but we think it is important to acknowledge that the majority of us feel overwhelmed often, and that there are different ways to cope. We also share stories of hitting our breaking points, and how our husbands supported us. Despite the serious topic, we had a lot of laughs this episode.
