“An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.” – Benjamin Franklin In today's economy, you know that it's our people that are the commodity that we're all fighting to keep.  It's not just about recruiting the right people...it's about what you do when you've got them on that makes the difference.  Not just in their care and feeding but in harnessing the power of their knowledge. This week I'm talking to Steve Trautman and the topic is, Do you Have WHO It Takes To Execute Your Strategy?  I learned a lot from Steve as we discussed talent risk, transfer knowledge and how to create a learning organization.  I know you will too. My "Hot Skinny" tip this week comes from my good friend Sarah Gibson.  If you have a leadership tip you'd like to share, email me direct at [email protected]. CHEERS! More on Steve...
