Anton McMillan is a role model for younger residents in a uniquely structured household called Boys from the Bush.

During the project he's worked his way up through the ranks at a meat processing factory in Junee, NSW.

But his success has come with a cost, for himself and his family back in Alice Springs.

Now, Anton is being asked to take on the biggest challenge of his life: China.
