"I found that the reason individuals don't make changes to natural health is because they don't have the know how," says Sherolin Daley, health coach and director of a plant-based/vegetarian cooking school in EP 037 and the "Shake & Bake" series of Meet Ellen. "They don't know how to properly prepare food."  The wife of Leroy Daley, the Northeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventists' Health Ministries director, is on the frontline of helping people transition to healthier living primarily through nutrition. She admits that it is not always an easy task.  "Our tastebuds have become so warped that it is a little challenging to eat foods that are first class, that are healthy, that are wholesome," she laments. "Our tastebuds have been so polluted that we want things that are highly spicy and sweet and salty and unhealthy." Our text is from chapter eight "The Physician, an Educator" p. 105 in the Harvestime Books' edition of The Ministry of Healing, the focus of the Meet Ellen podcast.
