Frayed nerves, a warning by FBI Director Chris Wray of increased terror threat and a war in the Middle East have Americans on edge this holiday season. So, when an explosion happens at an international crossing between the United States and Canada, the possibility of a terror attack are our first thoughts. It happened Wednesday night when a car crashed and exploded at the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls, New York.
