Whether it's business, or any other profession, you're going to have negative experiences and situations. Being successful doesn't mean you never have bad moments. However, successful people are able to take negative moments and instead use them for their gain, by harnessing the energy from these experiences and using them positively. How do they do this? I'm sure you've done a bunch of readings on the best ways to communicate in business.
