Even non-drifters are not safe. If the mind has not yet found definiteness of purpose then it is still available to remain with the 98% of the population and pliable for the Devil. He uses desires and dangles those in front of potential victims in order to get them to do what he wants. The desires are never attained. This is a trick of the devil to get people to quit believing they can achieve. If they quit believing in themselves they are easy targets. The devil also injects fears - fear of poverty and the fear of death - are the two most common ones used but there are several more you need to know about.
