Many of us have fallen into the trap of associating joy with external factors: the dream job, a bigger house, finding the perfect partner, or the constant pursuit of a healthier lifestyle. These desires are natural, but what if there’s a joy that transcends these momentary pleasures?

Joy is not a fleeting emotion dependent on circumstances, but a resilient force that stands unwavering in both good times and bad. So, how do we tap into this enduring joy?

Join us in the continuation of our exploration into the fruit of the Spirit with Dr. Dave Anderson. Together, we’ll unravel the secrets of cultivating joy that outlasts the trials and triumphs of life. Ready to embark on this journey towards unshakeable joy?

Dr. Anderson is the President and Professor of Biblical Languages and Systematic Theology at Grace School of Theology. He is a graduate of Rice University. Dr. Anderson received his Masters in Theology and Doctorate in Greek New Testament and Early Christian Literature from Dallas Theological Seminary.  He is the author of many books, including Maximum Joy, Triumph through Trials, Position and Condition, among many, including Saving the Saved, an exposition of First Peter.
