This week I talk to Milo Wolf, ‘the ROM guy’ about Full Vs. Partial Range of motion and the current state of evidence.

He recently published his meta-analysis and systematic review which investigated the impact of a range of motion on muscle growth. We did into this and the practical relevance his work has for our training in the gym.
