In Donald Trump’s federal election interference case, a three-judge panel mostly upheld the original gag order but narrowed its terms. Trump is barred from attacking potential witnesses, court staff, and most prosecutors but is allowed to criticize the charges, the Justice Department, and Special Counsel Jack Smith.
