Aaron and Glenys talk to Queer Fat Femme Bevin of Fat Kid Dance Party about how she's helping people heal from body oppression through fun and accessible dance classes. A childhood of bullying because of her weight kept her off the dance floor until she found body liberation activism, the idea that all bodies are worthy of love no matter what. She has been reclaiming dance floors along with teaching, performing and writing about body liberation for over fifteen years. She is an AFAA certified group exercise instructor and developed Fat Kid Dance Party (For All Sizes to Heal from Body Oppression) to help other folks learn to love their bodies, embrace their awkwardness and open up to self care!  www.fatkiddanceparty.com  *** HAES Care for Diabetes starting Sept 11 and 13  https://www.bodykindnessbook.com/haescarefordiabetes/ Men's Body Trust Group starting Sept 4 http://www.bvmrd.com/groups Work with Aaron www.bvmrd.com Work with Glenys www.daretonotdiet.com
