It's Valentine's week and we have a relationship query on the Hot Seat. 
Sonal asks how couples can get more compatible. She and her husband often have issues and she wants to know how can they fight less and handle things more maturely. 
Ashdin gives an analogy of how relationships are like a boat and if both captains want to steer in opposite directions, it will get wrecked. Hence, both parties need to align on the goals and understand the purpose of the relationship. All this needs to be established in a conversation where both parties communicate healthily & clearly, and bring each other on the same page. Every relationship needs work and Ashdin also shares some tools for effective communication.
