Imagine you're a powerful being here for a specific reason. You’re experiencing life to expand a particular frequency—like love or strength—into everything around you.
Consider waking up each day with the purpose of finding your chosen frequency in every moment. Whether at work, driving, or with family, your mission is to seek out and expand this frequency. When you look for something, you'll find it. If you see yourself as a victim, you’ll find ways to confirm it. But if you see yourself as a gift to the world, you’ll find ways to prove that too.
Perspective is key. Even in tough situations, there's potential for positive outcomes. For example, an organ donor’s passing can be a tragic loss for their loved ones, but it’s also a life-saving gift for someone else. Both perspectives are true. Shifting your perspective to see beyond yourself can reveal the good in any situation.
Breaking generational curses in your family may be painful for you but is a gift to future generations. Embracing challenges can reveal your strength. You might be here to expand a particular quality in a world filled with chaos and ego. Removing ego helps you see the good in any situation.
What you perceive is what you truly are. If you see only the good, that’s what you’ll experience. Your state of being dictates your experience. If you wake up looking for negativity, you'll find it. But if you choose positivity, you'll see love and light everywhere, even in difficult times.
Choosing love and light consistently makes you a beacon of positivity. You can’t control others' thoughts, but you can inspire them. Focus on your state of being, and even in the face of adversity, choose positivity. This choice defines who you are and what you become.
When you let go of reasons why you can't be something and just decide to be it, you transform. You become an expander of good, influencing the universe around you. Your purpose becomes bigger than your life, carrying this positive energy with you always.
Material possessions and external circumstances don't define you. Your energetic state does. Whether you’re in a luxurious place or confined to a small room, your inner peace remains. The external world is just a reflection of what's within you.
So, embrace your gift. Give yourself purpose. Don’t wait for others to be kind or giving—be those things unconditionally. This state of being will elevate you and those around you. Become the rising tide that lifts all ships.

How to find positive purpose in anything.

In this episode, we’ll explore how to find the good in any situation. 
Your perspective shapes your experience. For example, finding a hundred-dollar bill has different impacts depending on your financial situation. It’s not the thing itself but how you perceive it that matters. You can choose to see things from various angles, whether it’s from a younger or older you, a healed or hurting you, or a version seeking the best or worst in a situation.
Seeing things from different perspectives allows you to receive them differently. Consider a task you don’t understand, like plumbing. To a seasoned plumber, it’s straightforward, but to you, it might seem impossible. However, by shifting to a confident mindset, you can approach it with a can-do attitude.
Your perception is crucial. If you react to negative energy with the same energy, you lower your vibration. Instead, try to understand and respond with calmness and positivity. This doesn’t mean ignoring or accepting bad behavior but choosing how you energetically engage with it.
Life is an experience with its highs and lows. Every situation has a valuable perspective, even the challenging ones. Instead of asking why something is happening to you, ask how you can find light in it. What you focus on, you become. If you want to make money or get in shape, you need to put your attention and energy into it.
When faced with negativity, your reaction determines your experience. Matching low energy with low energy makes you a part of that negativity. Instead, strive to be the light, even in difficult situations. This strengthens your inner light and reinforces your true nature.
Choosing positivity, especially when it’s hard, proves your commitment to being that positive force. It’s about becoming the light in dark times, not just reflecting your surroundings. This shift in perspective can set you free, allowing you to find and become the good you seek.

How to receive the good in any situation.

Many people ask how to get through dark times. Struggles vary—health issues, economic troubles, personal crises—but the feelings they evoke are similar. Often, worldly goals like wealth or success don’t provide lasting fulfillment. Chasing external achievements might lead to temporary satisfaction, but the underlying emptiness can persist.
What if we are more than just individuals living through life's milestones? Imagine we are beings having an experience to discover our true essence. If we view ourselves as beings of light, then the challenges we face are opportunities to shine even brighter. Just like tuning a radio to a specific frequency, our thoughts and actions align us with certain vibrations.
In dark times, our purpose might be to learn how bright our light can shine. It's in the hardest moments that our true strength and positivity are tested. If we only practice positivity where it's easy, our growth is limited. By maintaining our light in difficult situations, we expand our capacity to love and heal.
Your thoughts are crucial. If you declare, "I am love, and I live in love and light," but your actions don't match, you’ll feel the dissonance. Aligning your thoughts with positive actions, even when it’s hard, is key. This alignment creates a frequency that attracts similar energy and repels negativity.
Consider yourself a being with a high purpose, navigating dark times to prove your resilience. Instead of desiring a simple, unchallenged life, embrace the complexity and impermanence of our earthly experience. We are here to uplift our internal state, regardless of external circumstances.
When facing difficulties, focus on your pattern of thoughts. Negative thinking perpetuates negative experiences. Conversely, maintaining a positive mindset, even in adversity, changes your perception and reception of the world around you.
Operate in love, despite challenges. Spiritual leaders have shown that enduring love through suffering leads to true fulfillment. Misery loves company, but so does positivity. Choose to stay in your frequency of love and light, even when others try to bring you down.
Earth is a lower frequency place designed for growth. We come here to elevate our frequency by overcoming challenges. Your current journey, no matter how difficult, is an opportunity for growth and enlightenment.
Your internal state is your choice. Despite past experiences and their consequences, you can choose to emit a positive frequency now. This choice is not fair or easy, but it’s possible and transformative.
Look within, choose to be the light in your darkness, and find your purpose in this act. This inner growth is your fulfillment. You don't need external validation to feel complete; you can choose to be the frequency you desire.

Imagine you're an energetic being here to become something. If you're designed to become, it means you're not it at the start. Whether you struggle with speaking, thinking positively, or anything else, you're here to become the opposite of those challenges.
If you're something because everything else is that something, are you actually that something? Or are you a reflection of your surroundings? True growth comes when you become something despite the odds. This life allows you to climb the mountain of challenges and become the frequency you desire.
Why do bad things happen to you? What if they're happening for you, to help you become tougher, softer, or bigger than the challenges you face? This perspective lets you see difficulties as opportunities for growth and expansion.
The law of attraction says like attracts like. In this physical world, like attracts like because of the delta. But in the non-physical world, like is like. This physical world allows you to become any frequency you desire, regardless of how you're born.
Your journey may not be fair or even, but it's yours to conquer. Achievements are less important than who you become through them. If you chase external things like money, you'll bring your empty self there, still unfulfilled. It's the internal change that matters.
Struggle with kindness, forgiveness, anger, or jealousy? Your opportunity is to become the opposite. When you create that version of yourself, you believe in it, and you move on as that new version.
This life is an experience you get to shape. Embrace the hard things as they help you become the light. The light is most valued in the dark. If you're hateful, become loving. If you're angry, become happy. Turning on your inner light gives this experience deeper meaning.
A positive mindset is setting your mind on a positive frequency. Your frequency is what you frequently see. See what's right more often, and that becomes your frequency. You can choose to become any frequency you desire.

How to be positive when bad things always happen.

Life is an experience. Whether you believe in an experience before or after life, right now is what you're living. To achieve something worthwhile, start by setting a destination.
Setting a destination can be financial, health-related, or experiential. It helps you control your journey. Remember, the world isn't as it is; it is as you are. Your perception shapes your experience. Difficult times and failures are inevitable, but how you perceive them is up to you.
When you plan your future, focus on maintaining a positive mindset throughout the journey. It's not the events that matter but your reaction to them. Surround yourself with people who, despite challenges, maintain a positive outlook. They'll inspire you to do the same.
Avoid environments where negativity is magnified. Frequencies align, so being around negative reactions will influence you. If you grew up in a challenging environment, mimicry might have been your survival mechanism. But now, you can choose how to react.
Control your reactions to align with your higher self. When something negative happens, be the light in the darkness. Shining light in tough times makes you valuable. The world needs your light, especially in dark times.
Don't seek an easier life; seek to react positively. Purpose trumps pleasure. Embrace that you were meant to shine in adversity. Your reactions define you, not the circumstances. Learn from your experiences and strive to be better.
Reflect on your past reactions without judgment. Focus on the present, as the past exists only in your mind. Most people are too preoccupied with their own struggles to notice yours. Make the most of now.
Every day, choose to be your best self. Hard times will come, but you can still make the journey positive. It's always now, so choose to react with positivity. Believe in yourself through consistent positive actions.
