Listen in as he talks about how we have cultivated a culture of generosity at Next Level Church.   Shane's email: [email protected]   Takeaways for Leaders: When talking about giving in church, we want people to see the blessing that comes along with financial obedience and remove any barriers people might be facing.  Allow and encourage people to simply start somewhere in their giving journey.  Make yourself available and create opportunities to talk to people about giving off the stage (in the lobby, on the phone, at coffee meetings, etc).  The units equal obedience. The dollar amount can be a skewed figure, so giving units is the number we focus on because it shows the discipleship growth and health.
