We have a part TWO episode coming at you this week with Kezia Hall, a holistic nutritionist based in Scotland who was on the show a few weeks ago. We talked Kezia’s personal health journey, how she turned from dieting and restriction to a more intuitive, mindful approach to eating by learning to listen to your body’s signals. She returns to the show to discuss the most common complaints and struggles she hears from women about their menstrual cycle. Everything from low energy, “flooding”, to sore breasts, Kezia breaks down the reasons as to why certain bodies behave differently before, during, and after your period. Kezia dispels any shame or misconceptions women have about their cycle and offers practical advice on nutrition, stress management, and hormonal balance.

This time, we’re talking specifically about what we can all do during the different phases of our cycles to bring them back into balance, be less painful, and to troubleshoot many of the issues women typically experience around their cycles. We’re also chatting about disordered eating, anxiety and digestive issues, and estrogen dominance. Let’s jump right in!

Make sure you listen to part I HERE!
