Bennett is a recent college dropout who left the classroom to bring his education to the real world. Driven by a strong entrepreneurial aptitude, he focuses on creating products and systems to beat the statistic that 90% of startups fail. Currently, he is the Chief Operations Officer at siëo, a company helping startups start up.Bennett helped grow the company from 6 to 23 team members over a rapid four month period. He is the youngest C-suite executive on the siëo team, due to his ability to execute on long term visions by creating strategic operational infrastructures and nurture a high level of scalable growth. Bennett has led the creation of a professional services and consulting program, which has doubled in profit for the past three consecutive months. Bennett’s background is rooted in philanthropic and international leadership training. He launched his first business at the age of 17, a non-profit focused on providing scholarships and strategic guidance to college-aged big thinkers. By 18, he was living in a small community in Northern Ecuador working to improve the local educational system through youth groups and community outreach.
