#313 How To Work With A Defined Sacral When You Have Emotional Authority

On this episode, I answer a question I get all the time about how to work with other defined centers when they are not your Authority - for example, how to work with the defined Sacral when your Authority is Emotional, or how to work with the defined Spleen when your Authority is Sacral.

I bust some of the myths and common misconceptions, and also take you through a short and sweet “pep talk” on how to navigate this. Remember that the more defined centres you have, the more consistent feedback you're getting all the time. However, your Authority has the final say!

At the end of the episode, I also give you 3 things to “know” and 3 things to “do” so you have ultimate clarity and the ability to take action right away.
