Deborah Ancona, a professor at MIT Sloan School of Management, and Dennis Perkins, CEO of The Syncretics Group, have researched how family dynamics play out in the workplace. Ancona and Perkins wrote the HBR article "Family Ghosts in the Executive Suite."
