Hunter Greene talks Elly De La Cruz, throwing 102 in HS, next gen ballplayers

Apparently you don't need weighted balls and a hardcore lifting program to throw gas. Reds flamethrower Hunter Greene tells us about the unconventional training methods he started in high school, when he already hit 102mph on the radar gun.

Elly De La Cruz is a lightning rod on the field. He’s also been putting in the work off the field to learn English. Hunter gives us more on Elly’s character.

Greene not only participated in the first ever MLB Dream Series in 2017 but he lights up when telling us about how he most recently hosted the latest Dream Series participants at his home. What stood out to him about the next generation of ballplayers?
