  We’ve all seen the effect that diet culture has had on our society. It’s that nagging thought in the back of your mind that if you were simply 2 sizes smaller, all of your dreams would come true. If you could drop 10 more pounds, you’d be happier.    And just like diet culture, hustle culture has helped to continue the same toxic narrative. If I had a bigger bank account, if I work continual 16 hour days, if I just spam my Instagram feed… I’ll be able to hit that next goal.
