Join us on a heartfelt journey through the life and music of Mary Githinji, a gospel minister, wife, mother, and mentor who has touched the hearts of many through her inspirational songs.

Born and raised in Kangema, Mary's path to musical stardom was filled with twists and turns.

In her early years, she left her hometown to pursue her secondary education in Kitale and Mombasa. It was after joining the church that she formed lasting friendships with talented artists like Janet Mwangi (the late), Lydia Kigo, and Lucy Maina. Together, they recorded the timeless song "Darubini" in 1994 as backup artists.

Mary's musical journey continued with a series of spiritually uplifting hits, including "Hymn Ningwihitha" in 1996, "Ninduite Itua" in 1998, "Ucio Ni Jesu" in 2000, and "Ota Uria Jerusalemu" and "Ota Uria Gwatarie" in 2003. Her dedication to spreading the word of God through music led to the release of "Piga Vita" and "Sitavuka" in 2006, "Mutheru" in 2008, "Ngukwambararia Rucini" in 2013, and "Ni Upendo Gani" in 2016. After a sabbatical, Mary Githinji made a return to the gospel music scene in 2020. She continues to inspire us in all she does.

In 2023, Mary Githinji graces us with her latest song, "Ihoya," a testament to her enduring faith and dedication to sharing God's message through music. Don't miss the opportunity to be uplifted by her remarkable journey and soul-stirring songs.
