Ian Hallett on Providing Affordable Pet Care all Across Texas with Emancipet

Emancipet is making spay/neuter and veterinary care affordable and accessible to all pet owners in Austin, Killeen, Houston, Pflugerville, and Philadelphia. Since 1999, the clinic has done over a quarter of a million spay/neuter procedures, over thirty-five surgeries are done a day, making the Emancipet veterinarians some of the best in their field.
