In our discussion, we talk about his education and what motivated him to critique these books and these authors. We then speak about his work with a new project called Red Pen Reviews which seeks to review popular nutrition books for their scientific accuracy and healthfulness.And we end with talking about Seth’s advice on finding the best evidence within the nutrition space.
