  Dr. Brooke Starkoff is a professor in the department of Kinesiology , Sports Studies and Physical Education at SUNY Brockport, in Brockport NY. Her areas of specialty include Childhood Obesity Inflammation Endothelial Function Cardiovascular function. Then we get into the nitty gritty of her research on childhood obesity and how it can be applied to adults and our everyday health. She teaches a really interesting class called “Obesity in Society” that we discuss, as well as plant-based nutrition and trying to get college students on board with this message.
