We are LIVE! We salute Justice Putnam, host of the West Coast Cookbook & Speakeasy, following this show on Netroots Radio, for climbing the internet pole out back and plugging us back in, or whatever he did. David Waldman’s and Greg Dworkin’s wisdom can again be enjoyed milliseconds after it occurs to them. Lovable jerks! A popular trope in fiction that has a hard time translating into real life as real jerks aren’t really lovable. The completely fictional protagonist of the television program The Apprentice, “Donald Trump” endlessly threatens to creep back into our zeitgeist. Look at us, still blabbing about him. Too bad the horrible actor (and person) playing him isn’t going away soon, probably. KITM hasn’t called it yet, but Trump has the nomination locked up. RoboTrump Ron DeSantis has been crushed, as he deserved to be. Nikkki Haley isn’t Donald’s type either.  So “Donald Trump” isn’t going away soon, but being human, he can be defeated, and President Joe Biden is just the human to do it. Meanwhile, Trump rallies have moved to courthouses.  “Billion-Dollar Lawyer” Drew Findling is long gone, though. Million-dollar lawyer Joe Tacopina has also left. Thousand-buck lawyer Boris Ephsteyn isn’t even in the right courtroom. And, it’s hard to put a price on Trump lawyer/Melania stunt double Alina Habba, who would rather be pretty than smart. Trump isn’t investing in good lawyering anyhow. He’s paying for demolition experts. In Florida, Tom Keen is headed to the House after flipping a red seat blue, while in Virginia, red counties look to militias to take them back to the 1700’s.
