We have a new series called 'Know Your Coach'. We ask Ashdin how he follows great habits to achieve an awesome life. 

There exists a concept of cheat days which is eating clean and healthy for 6 days of the week and taking one day off to hog on tasty, junk food. We ask Ashdin whether he follows this concept. He says, first of all, out with the negative connotation, let's call it 'treat' days. He has treat days and encourages us to do the same, but also keep a check to go overboard with it.
