Lyla's easy loaded potato soup with a twist is today's ditch the drive-through. One bag of cubed, roasted potatoes, one pound of sliced sausage, one can of cream of chicken soup, one can of cream of potato soup, three cups of chicken broth, eight ounces of cheddar cheese, half a stick of butter, a third of a block of cream cheese, and season with barbeque rub and a bit of garlic powder and salt. Add ingredients to your Crock Pot (cook on high for 3-4, low for 6-8 hours) or Instant Pot (10 minutes on high). Garnish with bacon bits or scallions if desired.
