When I'm feeling worried or anxious, it's usually because I'm thinking about something that hasn't happened yet. I've found that the best way to temporarily stop that worrying is to bring myself back to the present moment. In this episode, I'll share two strategies I've recently discovered that use the five senses to bring my monkey mind back to the present.
