- Accept Jesus as your Lord & Personal Saviour. (John 10; Psalm 23:1; Philippians 4:6) 

- Pray about Everything.

- Cast all of your Anxiety. (1 Peter 5:7; Psalm 139) 

- Focus, Concentrate & Consider One Day at a time. (Matthew 6:34)
