Low Tox Living

Today we're deviating from the usual content we have on The Deep. But there's an important reason. I'm really concerned with how much toxins and microplastics are invading our everyday lives, and the impact this is having on our health. I want to know how we can minimise our exposure but I'm also a realist. We all have busy lives, kids, budgets, cravings. We're not perfect. So I spoke to Alixx Stuart from Low Tox Life about some of the small changes we can make that will have the biggest impact.
