Make any necessary adjustments to your body,

before settling into a posture.

PAUSE…

Place your palms

facing upwards for receiving

or downwards for grounding today.

PAUSE…

Now follow the movement of your breath,

As it goes in waves,

In and out of your body. 

LONG PAUSE…

If you notice any self-judgment,

bring forth forgiveness,

strength,

understanding.

PAUSE…

Hold yourself gently here,

And be in the stillness of this moment.

PAUSE…

Offer yourself compassion,

Offer yourself kindness. 

PAUSE…

Release and let go of any regrets,

Shame, 

Resentment, 

Or negativity.

Just flushing them out of your body

one by one with every exhale. 

LONG PAUSE… 

I am kind and compassionate.

PAUSE…

I am kind and compassionate.

LONG PAUSE…

Feel the words ring through you.

PAUSE…

Through compassion, you are deeply connected to yourself and others. 

PAUSE (10 secs)...

Through kindness, you are giving love to yourself and the world. 

PAUSE…
