Money blocks are beliefs, a mindset or feelings that get in the way of us achieving our financial goals. We all have them. And there are always more money blocks to reveal and release.  

So take a deep breath,

And come inside. 

PAUSE…

Invite your body to slow down,

As the rhythm of your breathing calms you.

Focus on your inhale,

And exhale. 

Breathing in,

And breathing out. 

PAUSE…

What lies deep inside,

That is keeping money from flowing to you easily?

A feeling of unworthiness?

A fear of unwanted things that you believe will come along with the money? 

A fear of money changing you?

Take a moment to be with this question and see what comes up. 

LONG PAUSE…

Now, bring your attention back to your breath.

And imagine on every exhale, 

All those money blocks are released. 

PAUSE…

Breathe in fresh air, 

Breathe out the money blocks. 

LONG PAUSE…

Feel them release. 

Let them go. 

PAUSE…

Feeling light,

Clear,

And open for abundance.
