Take a deep breath,

and imagine 

your mind and body,

soul and spirit,

all clearing.

PAUSE

Take another breath,

and feel any part of you

that needs to relax and release

just let go.

Just let go.

PAUSE

Now, visualize if you can, 

a gleaming light of indigo blue 

radiating from your third eye–

that powerful space

in the middle of your forehead.

PAUSE

And, as you observe that light,

notice how it seems to touch… 

Your intuition…

Your imagination…

Your dreams….

These are the essences

of your third eye chakra.

 

PAUSE

Pause for just a moment,

and as you do, 

imagine the third eye opening,

widening its reach

with a stunning indigo light

shining out like a projector.

PAUSE

Gently touch the third eye,

rubbing it gingerly

to help ignite its intuitive powers

in you.

And, as you do this, 

feel your appreciation growing

for the ability to use 

your intuition in life.

your ability to go inside

and find the answer.

PAUSE

Breathe in again,

this time filling the breath

with your gratitude

for the third eye chakra’s

wonderful gifts.

PAUSE

And now, 

armed with your third eye’s

finely-tuned intuition,

prepare to embark on 

the journey of your day

with grace,

gratitude,

and an ability to 

see your dreams crystal clear.
