It’s a cliche question, but if you really take a step back and think about it you can shape what you’re doing today to be successful tomorrow….or in a decade. Today we’re going to talk about the Long Game and evaluating the life of your business. Is it viable to do what you’re doing today for the next 5 ,10 or even 20 years? If not how can or should it change over the years to keep you engaged at satisfied with the business you’ve created.
