This is a SPECIAL EPISODE that contains a MINDFUL EATING EXERCISE.
The idea for this episode comes from an experiment that was conducted at the University of Liverpool in England by Dr. Eric Robinson. In the experiment Dr. Robinson had his subjects listen to a 3 minute mindful eating audio as they were about to eat their meals.
The experiment showed that the people that listened to the audio consumed 30% less calories.
