We usually talk about health and fitness in terms of what’s best. That’s great! But what about when we feel like we want to make things a priority but want to make sure they dont take over our lives, or we don’t have time to put in towards our lifting or cardio we used to? Here are some ways we can fight the all or nothing mindset. We can put in minimums.
