This grounding Hatha yoga practice is to cultivate connection with ourselves, others, and the world around us. This is a grounding practice so all of the postures will either be on our back, seated, or on hands and knees or table top position. This yoga practice is for all levels, but of course be gentle with yourself and your body and understand your limitations.
