This is the last of my Christmas episodes, and ironically, it's being released on Christmas day! Today I want to help you find your joy at Christmas and discuss why we don’t always enjoy what we have created for others and how to change that this year.

The main theme over the four workshops is that we too deserve to enjoy the magic at Christmas that we are so busy creating for everyone else in our lives and how to do that.

I cover 3 reasons why it’s hard to find the joy at Christmas and 3 ways to support you so you can.

My question for you is: Can you allow yourself to feel the joy this Christmas? You deserve that and to enjoy Christmas just as much as everyone you are creating the magic for.
